A new 14 story 135-room hotel is currently under construction on West 51st Street adjacent the Time Warner Building. The exterior cladding system is unitized curtain wall construction. The project is targeted for LEED Silver. This building is designed to have the lower floor scale and massing similar to another hotel designed by Koenen Associates adjacent the west side of the Time Warner Building. The granite finish at street level is similar to the granite used on the adjacent Rockefeller Center Buildings
