Adaptive reuse of an existing 12-story office / industrial building with 7 additional floors converted into a 417 room hotel located adjacent to Liberty Park. The exterior cladding system consists of window wall and aluminum composite panels above a two story granite panel base. A rooftop restaurant and terrace provides views to the Memorial Plaza and the Freedom Tower. The project is targeting LEED gold
